More than 130 experts of different nations and different fields of science met to discuss the following subjects: Traffic and transport, labour and employment, products and commodities, energy and environment (safety concepts for fossil-fuel and nuclear power plants, international harmonisation of nuclear technical standards, harmonisation of environmental law in a European context). All contributions are presented in their original language, with abstracts in German, English, and French. (HP)

Ueber 130 Fachleute verschiedener Nationen aus unterschiedlichen Taetigkeitsfeldern kamen zusammen. Praxisorientiert wurden folgende Schwerpunktthemen behandelt: Verkehr und Transport, Arbeit und Beruf, Produkte und Naturalien sowie Energie und Umwelt (Sicherheitskonzepte beim Bau fossiler Kraftwerke und Kernkraftwerke, internationale Harmonisierung kerntechnischer Normen, Harmonisierung des Umweltrechts im europaeischen Kontext). Die Texte sind in der jeweiligen Originalsprache, jedoch gibt es deutsche, englische und franzoesische Kurzfassungen der Beitraege. (HP)
