Experimental simulation of LOCAs in hermetically sealed volumes

Description
Aerosol chambers are described which simulate accidental situations in nuclear power installations of WWER type on a scale of 1:400 and 1:10, given LOCA in a heat carrier. Processes of heat and mass transfer in aerosol medium formed in a hermetically sealed volume at discharge velocities of water heat carrier to 1 tn/hour are analyzed. (author)
