Description
Conditions required to improve the density of ceramics prepared using a compact mixture of powders of two oxides under heating are studied. It is shown that decrease of nonequilibrium degree of the process due to the decrease of heating rate, application of additions, disturbance of stoichiometry, variation of relative dispersity of components enable to improve ceramics density. 11 refs.; 4 figs
