Dy-Bi-Te system

Description

Character of chemical interaction in Dy-Bi-Te ternary system was investigated in all concentration range by methods of physicochemical analysis. State diagrams of the following cross-sections were constructed: Bi2Te3-Dy2Te3, Bi2Te3-DyTe, Bi2Te3-DyBi, Dy-Bi2Te3, Bi-DyTe, DyBi-DyTe, DyBi-Te, Dy-Bi. Projection of liquidus surface of Dy-Bi-Te system was plotted as well. One ternary incongruently melting compound of DyBiTe3 composition crystallized in hexagonal syngony was revealed in the system
