Description

This report, based on practice, summarises the known results and model concept on the problem of the ageing of electric and electronic parts, components and systems. The most important factors of influence on reliability are discussed and calculations, as well as methods of analysing the reliability data are presented. Possibilities for acquisition of age-related developments are shown. In summarised form, field experience are presented on a component for component basis.
