Moessbauer study of the relaxation processes and crystallization in the iron-based amorphous alloys
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow (USSR). Inst. Obshchej Fiziki
Description
Results of investigations into redistribution of alloying components at isothermal annealing (Ta=773 and 883 K, ta=0.083 - 5 h) of Fe70Cr15B15, Fe75Cr10B15, Fe70Cr10P13C7 amorphous alloys and of the alloy prepared from Fe75Cr10B15 + Fe70Cr10P13O7 master alloy age mixture, conducted by means of adsorption and conversion Moessbauer spectroscopy, are presented. Analysis of hyperfine interactions has allowed to detect several peculiarities in formation of alloy crystalline structure that determine difference in thermal stability. Formation mechanism for metastable phases during crystallization is suggested, composition of the forming phases is determined
