Observation of a structure in the mass spectrum of the PHIπ0 system

Description
A structure C(1430) with mass M=1430+-20 MeV/c2 and width GITA=100+-30 MeV/c2 is observed in the mass spectrum of the PHIπ0 system produced in the π-p → (PHIπ0)n charge-exchange reaction at momentum psub(π)=32.5 GeV/c. The statistical significance of the observed structure is not worse than 8 standard deviations. The state C(1430) has isospin I=1, odd charge parity, spin >= 1, and may be exotic
