Description

31P NMR spectroscopy has been applied for the analysis of various preparations of 4-chlorophenylphosphoro-di/1,2,4-triazolide/ and to study its side-reactivity toward uracil, thymine and N-isobutyrylguanine lactam systems. Structure of O6-phosphorylated guanine residues was established and its reactivity tested. 21 refs.; 1 table
