Description

Objective: To assess the venous return in the patients who had under gone replantation of completely cut off finger (RCCF) by dynamic 99Tcm-MIBI imaging. Methods: 74 MBq (0.1 mL)99Tcm-MIBI was injected in the tip of replanted finger 72 h after operation. Fourteen patients with RCCF were examined by liver dynamic imaging after injection. Results: 0, I and II groups were classified according to the radionuclide accumulation in the liver, the ratios of the cases who were under the necessity of decompression surgery to the cases who were not in the groups were 4/4, 0/4, 0/6, respectively (x2 = 8.0, 10.0, P < 0.01). Conclusions: Dynamic 99Tcm-MIBI imaging is an objective and effective method for evaluation of the venous return in the replanted fingers
