Description

The spin waves in a non-ferromagnetic electron liquid in magnetic field are investigated in the random phase approximation. The electron bound states in the field of impurity atoms are taken into account. It is shown that localization of electrons favours the spin waves propagation. There are new branches of the wave spectrum in frequency regions where the propagation of Silin's waves is impossible. A spectrum and a damping decrement of waves are obtained. The cross situation typical of the guided waves occurs at the intersection of dispersion curve of Silin's waves and resonance frequency of electron transitions between Landau levels and local levels. A differential section of the magnetic neutron scattering by the two-dimensional electron liquid in magnetic field is estimated. The energy spectrum of scattered neutrons displays additional maxima responsible for by one-particle excitation of localized electrons and spin waves. The positions and the widths of these maxima make it possible to gain information on spectrum of electron impurity states as well as spectrum and damping of spin waves
