Description
The online radiation monitoring system (MRP) of thorium-based molten salt reactor (TMSR) is designed to be an EPICS-based system, including displaying, archiving and alarm. It provides decentralized control as well as centralized management. The archive system and alarm system, especially the application of Oracle database, are described. Oracle is used to perform data acquisition and storage, which realizes the unified management of the background data in the system. And users are allowed to browse history data easily, allocate alarm site quickly and browser alarm history through the CSS client GUI. Its application indicates that the Oracle-based scheme can meet the requirements of the radiation monitoring system. (authors)
