Use of X-rays in chemical analysis
Description
Utilisation of X-rays in chemical analysis with the help of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has been described. Theoretical and practical aspects have been discussed along with relation between concentration and intensities of X-rays. Function of various parts of X-ray fluorescence analyser as well as merit and demerits of the technique are described. (author)
