Effect of deformation on weak characteristic properties of magnetophonon resonance in n-InSb
Description
The effect of deformation on weak peculiarities of magnetophonon resonance in n-InSb was studied. The results of the calculations were compared with experimental data. It is shown, that pressure upon the crystal (uniaxial or overall) differently affects spin splitting of levels and cyclotron mass, thus permitting to differentiate magnetophonon and spin-magnetophonon resonances at identification of additional peaks
