Radioactive 26Al production induced by neutrino

Description
It is shown that the interaction of neutrinos radiated at the gravitational collapse of the central stellar core, with the ejected stellar envelope can produce radioactive 26Al at a level 26Al/27Al=0.1-0.01. This is quite sufficient to account for the magnesium isotope anomalies detected in meteorites
