Description
Pyroprocessing presents several new challenges for materials accountability and the overall design of a safeguards approach. While measurement techniques for aqueous plants have been optimized over several decades, the material and process differences for pyroprocessing require new approaches. This paper summarizes the safeguards challenges and a preliminary approach for materials accountability. (authors)
