Optical properties of gamma-irradiated InP≤FE≥ single crystals in IR region

Description

Full text : The transmission spectra of InP≤FE≥ single crystals, irradiated with doses of gamma-quanta of 10 and 35 kGr have been investigated. It has been revealed that under irradiation E=0,42 and E=0,26 eV defects supperession have obtained, which have led to formation of FeVp complex and Inp antisite defects
