53 keV transition and the 7/2+ anomalous state in 103Rh

Description

The properties of negative parity states of 103Rh have been well accounted for by nuclear models. The M1-E2 mixing ratio involving the internal conversion coefficients of the 53.3 keV transition would be of great help in deciding the exact nature of the 7/2+ state of 103Rh. In the present paper, αK has been determined using the normalised peak to gamma method. αL is being measured for the first time
