Description

Paper is focused on replacement of original neutron flux monitoring system referenced as INEJ for the new system referenced as Teleperm XS at Unit 2 NPP Bohunice in the frame of Gradual backfitting of Unit 1 and 2 NPP Bohunice. After various testing stages in open-loop regime the Teleperm XS system was put into operation in January 1999 at Unit 2 and the beginning of the nineteenth cycle as the standard system. Various tests of Teleperm XS system were carried out during physical commissioning at the beginning of the nineteenth cycle. Specifically, the verification of Teleperm XS system concerned the comparison of reactor period and neutron flux with the INEJ system. The scope and some results are given in the paper. The need for change of some ionization chambers allocation was as the result of verification tests. (Authors)
