Physical model of thermally induced processes of the three-component laminated system case is offered. At calculation of phase content by the sample depth the model state diagram was applied. The possibility of thermal stabilization of spatial non-uniform phase-structural state in the materials with coverings produced by the ion-plasma deposition methods was shown
