A change of motile activity of cilii of the Myrilys gills epithelium of supralow γ-radiation doses

Description
A pronounced decrease in the rate and a change in the character of cilia movements as well as the destruction of the metachronal wave were observed during 30-40 min after γ-irradiation of ciliated epithelium at a dose-rate of 0.9 mGy/hr. Irradiation at a dose-rate of 2 mGy/hr caused a complete cessation of cilia movements
