The study of natural radioactivity of some rocks of Sultanuezdag

Description

The natural radioactivity of the rocks of Sultanuezdag (Uzbekistan) was investigated using scintillation gamma-spectrometer with large illumination. The main sources of natural radioactivity were uranium, thorium and potassium-40 and their contents in some mountain rocks were determined. (A.A.D.)
