PIXE-PIGE simultaneous multiple-elements analysis

Description
On the basis of a fully automatic PIXE analysis system, a PIXE-PIGE analysis system was established. The detectable element range can be extended to lower Z region. The internal-standard method was used to measure some IAEA and NBS standard reference materials and botaincal samples
