Description
Various mass spectrometric methods have been applied to the analysis of long-lived radionuclide concentrations and isotopic compositions. Notably the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has developed over the lost decodes towards a very sensitive trace analysis technique.
