Low temperature scanning electron microscopy of YBaCuO superconducting films
Description
Temperature changes of Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x film pattern in secondary electron (SE) regime in a scanning electron microscope are investigated. It is shown that the dynamics of pattern darkening during a superconducting transition is not defined by trajectory shifts of SE due to Meissner effect. An increased sensitivity to electron irradiation at low temperatures is detected in films with the resistance semiconducting dependence
