Effect of the sublattice of rare-earth metal on parameters of nuclear spin echo of 159Tb in TbFe2 and Tb1-xRxFe2 compounds

Description
NMR and nuclear relaxation of 159Tb have been studied in Tb1-xRxFe2 compounds (R=Y,La,Gd,Dy,Ho,Tm). Peculiarities of the observed NMR spectra may be described in the first approximation by two contributions to the hyperfine field transferred by rare earth (RE) sublattice: from the nearest neighbouring RE-ions and from the whole RE-sublattice. The resonance line position and relaxation processes are determined mainly by the iron sublattice. (author)
