Measurement of αs from energy-energy correlations in e+e- annihilation at 29 GeV
Creators
Description
We have studied the energy-energy correlation in e+e- annihilation into hadrons at √s = 29 GeV using the TPC/2γ Detector Facility at PEP. We found that αs = 0.161 ± .004 ± .011 for the average hadronic event sample using GKS matrix elements and LUND symmetric string fragmentation. 39 refs., 22 figs
