Growth and radiation-induced defects of luminophorm crystals for ligth sources
Description
The paper represents investigation results of defect structure of luminophors for light sources - calcium halophosphates. Main properties of defects in calcium halophosphate modifications and defect changes at ionizing radiation interaction with the crystal lattice of these compounds are described. The interaction between physical and operation parameters of luminophors is considered on the basis of data on defect nature, anf on their optical and magnetic proprties
