Description

The paper presents the results of a student work analyzing the effect of some discretization parameters in code prediction of single-phase thermosyphon loop dynamics. The characteristics of the adopted programs and nodalization are described and the obtained results are discussed to point out the main consequences of modeling assumptions. Experimental data are taken as reference to judge reliability of predicted trends of the actually observed behaviour. (author)
