Discussion on a new way of radiation source management

Description
By introducing radiation source's management situation in our country, the existing problems in radiation source's supervision are analyzed, and new ideas that are implementation of whole process management, forward shift of customs pass and intervention in advance are put forward aiming at radiation source. According to species and quantities of radiation sources, administrative authorities are limited, the transferring approval files are implemented by three-level approval and progressive supervision.
