Description
A study was made on the dependence of the rate of butylglycidyl ether interaction with acetic acid in the presence of 2 mol.% pyridine at 30 deg C and dose rate from 0.0035 to 4 Gy/s. It is shown that radiation-chemical reaction of epoxide cycle opening by carboxylic acids in the presence of amines doesn't obey the regularities typical for radical-chain reactions. The catalytic character of the reaction where catalyst in reacting system occurs in result of radiation effect on amine molecule was supported
