Units 3 and 4 NPP Mochovce. Integrated plan of supplies quality-evaluation and implementation of the documentation in the practise

The purpose of contribution is to present the process of planning control of quality management for the project of completion of Units 3 and 4 MO34. The initiatory requirement is defined in ZPZK ( Assigned program for quality assurance for Units 3 and 4 of NPP Mochovce), approved by the UJD of Slovak Republic by decision No. 278/2007, which obliged the contractors to elaborate, after the signature of contract, the Quality plan for supplies before the commencement of their activities on site. This requirement is elaborated in details in graduated approach in the document Safety and technical conditions of fulfilment of SE, Inc. for project MO34, which is enclosed to the supplied contracts. The contract will use during the elaboration of its supply quality plan the applied requirements the Regulations of project ME/1/MNA-003.00-01. The elaboration of integrated supply quality plan, which covers the system requirements of standards ISO 100005: 2005, IAEA codes and also the specific requirements of ZPZK. The unification of the contractor approach to the elaboration of the supply quality plan is secured by this step. Supply quality plan of the contractor refers to the mandatory OA/OC documents in the further step, which are provided to the builder via the EPS data bases in order to perform its effective planning supervision and to monitor the requirements fulfilment in compliance with the project's aims
