Methods of physicochemical analysis were used to investigate Nd2S3-Ga2S3, Sm2S3-Ga2S3 systems and construct T-X-diagrams of state. Congruently (Ln6Ga10/3S14) and noncongruently (LnGaS3) melting compounds form in Ln2S3-Ga2S3 systems. Narrow regions of solid solution exist on the basis of Ln6Ga10/3S14 and Ga2S3
