Description
Objective: To label monoclonal antibodies (McAb) with 99Tcm via 2-IT. Methods: McAb was modified with 2-IT and labelled with 99Tcm-GH. The quantity of 2-IT and GH was studied. Results: The optimal reaction conditions were that 2-IT was in the range from 0.1 mg to 1 mg, GH 1 mg to 2 mg with more than 90% radiolabelling rate. Conclusion: The method of labelling McAb via 2-IT is simple and suitable for clinical use
