Experimental research on the intensity distribution of KrF laser beam with large diameter and high energy

Description
The array calorimeter detector was used to measure the uniformity of intensity distribution and output energy for large diameter (φ267 mm) and high energy (400 J) KrF laser beam. With a decrease of the diode voltage, the distribution becomes worse to have a saddle pattern. The optimum operation voltage of diode are of 580 to 600 kV
