Phase changes in a coating consisting of the lowest silicide phases on molybdenum at high temperatures
- 1. A.M. Gorkii Khar'kov State Univ.
Description
The authors study the interaction of a Mo5Si3 coating, obtained by the diffusion method, with a molybdenum substrate. The experimental results obtained enable asserting that the Mo5Si3 and Mo3Si phases exhibit heat resistance and temperature stability
