On the occurrence of prostacyclin metabolites in plasma and vascular tissue as determined radioimmunologically

Description
The stable metabolites of PGI2 resulting from enzyme reactions followed by hydration are 6,15-diketo-PGFsub(1α) and 6,15-diketo-13,14-dihydro -PGFsub(1α). The authors describe radioimmunoassays for these two PGI2 metabolites and determinations of the occurrence of these compounds in rat vascular tissue incubated in vitro as well as in rat and human plasma.
