M2O3-V2O5-Ta2O5 (M-La, Y, Sc) systems
Description
M2O3-V2O5-Ta2O5 (M-La, Y, Sc) systems with M2O3 content from 0 to 50 mol% are considered. It is shown that in M2O3-V2O5-Ta2O5 systems, where M-La, Y, Sc, new compounds with MVTa2O9 general formule are detected. On the basis of X-ray phase analysis and IR spectra two YVTa2O9 crystal modifications, the first isostructural to LaVTa2O9 and the second - to ScVTa2O9, are stated. Spectrum of europium roentgenoluminescence in YVTa2O9 is recorded
