Description

The crystal structure of CsH5(PO4)2 is determined; a=10.879 (3); b=7.768 (1); c=9.526 (5)A; β=96.60 (2); Z=4, Fedorov group P21/c, R=0.037. The presence of strong hydrogen bonds, nonequivalent as to their crystallochemical functions is a very important characteristic of its structure. The compound can be described as cesium-acido-(dis) dihydrophosphate, CsH(H2PO4)2
