Description
Monocrystals of Pb2ScNbO6 ferroelectric, possessing high dielectric nonlinearity, were prepared by the method of crystallization from solution in melt. Temperatures and the degree of spreading of Pb2ScNbO6 crystal phase transformations depend significantly on conditions of growing as well as on further thermal treatments, which is related to processes of Sc3+ and Nb5+ ion ordering in crystal lattice
