Description
A method for ascertaining parameters of phase transitions in thin films induced by laser radiation radiation has been suggested. Amorphous films Mo, W, Ni, Fe oxides, prepared by oxidizing thermal decomposition of carbonyls, have been studied. It is ascertained that phase transition parameters depend on radiation quantum energy. The energy, structural and photochemical factors determining phase transition in the films of the oxides studied are discussed. 21 refs., 1 fig., 2 tabs
