Description
Specific heat measurement results are presented for the YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics (δ≅0.05; 1) in the temperature range 5-250 K. A model including acoustical and optical phonon modes is proposed. On the basis of this model, different parameters of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ phonon system are determined, a comparative analysis of the superconducting and non-superconducting states is performed
