Use of NPP with WWER-1000 reactors for district heating
Description
Possibility for applying at NPPs with WWER-1000 reactors condensing turbines with noncontrollable steam bleedings for district heating is analysed. It is noted that it is expedient to develop low-speed turbines of two modifications with two and three LP casings. Application of this type turbines will provide high efficiency of heat supply in case of wide use of NPP and nuclear power-and-heat plants in district heating systems
