Finite transit time effect in the radio-frequency probe. Investigation of intermediate frequency region
Description
In the previous report, we have given a theory of the finite transit time effect in the radio-frequency probe which seems to be able to explain the observed diminishing of the rectified current increase in the high frequency region as well as the well-known constant increase in the low frequency region. Here, we will present the result of numerical analysis in the intermediate frequency region. (author)
