Quark anomalous magnetic moment and psi particles
Description
Various consequences of the anomalous current introduced to explain the production and decay of the newly discovered psi particles are discussed. In particular it is shown that Adler's neutrino sum rule would be modified in such a way that it would not be consistent with the scaling behavior of the structure functions
