Description
The results of examination of 12 patients with vertebral radiation injuries were analyzed. The authors considered clinical and X-ray signs of radiation osteoporosis (5), radiation osteonecrosis (7 patients), and complications in the form of pathological fractures of vertebral bodies. Vertebral radiation injuries were most frequently detected 6-12 years after the discontinuation of radiotherapy
