Measuring the local dose rate in blocked areas of nuclear power stations
Description
The measurement of local dose rates is used for the following: Working out precautions relevant to radiation protection for repairs and modification in blocked areas, for example fixing individual measures for protection of the personnel and setting up work programmes and dose estimates monitoring the place of work of people in the blocked area, also with regard to fixing the time behaviour of local dose rates and the possibilities from this for deciding the necessary radiation protection measures. The requirements of the measurement equipment are based on Para. 72 of StrlSchV, which is fulfilled by this regulation. The legal requirements for the obligation to calibrate equipment are taken into account. (orig./HP)

Die Messung von Ortsdosisleistungen dient folgenden Aufgaben: Erarbeitung von strahlenschutzrelevanten Vorsorgemassnahmen fuer Instandhaltungen und Aenderungsarbeiten in Sperrbereichen, zum Beispiel Festlegung von Einzelmassnahmen fuer den Personenschutz, Aufstellung von Arbeitsablaufplaenen und Dosisabschaetzungen und Ueberwachung des Taetigkeitsortes von Personen im Sperrbereich - auch im Hinblick auf die Feststellung des zeitlichen Verhaltens von Ortsdosisleistungen - sowie der dadurch gegebenen Moeglichkeiten zur sofortigen Festlegung erforderlicher Strahlenschutzmassnahmen; Abgrenzung und Kennzeichnung von Sperrbereichen. Die Anforderungen an die Messgeraete stuetzen sich auf den Para. 72 StrlSchV, der durch diese Regel ausgefuellt wird. Die gesetzlichen Vorgaben fuer die Eichpflicht sind beruecksichtigt.
