Interaction between samarium nitrate and piperidine nitrate in aqueous solutions
Description
Solubility in samarium nitrate-piperidine nitrate-water system is studied at 25 and 50 deg C. Crystallization fields of two new solid phases, corresponding to compositions: Sm(NO3)3x[C5H10NHxHNO3]x4H2O and Sm(NO3)3x3[C5H10NHxHNO3]x2H2O are determined on the solubility isotherms of the system. The new compounds were extracted preparatively their composition is confirmed analytically, their infrared spectra and derivatogram are studied. The obtained data are compared with analogous systems of nitrates of other representatives of light rare earths group
