Description
Solid agar-agar was irradiated by 60Co γ-rays, and the effects of radiation on the helix formation of the agar-agar molecule were studied by spectrophotometry and viscometry. The after-effects were also studied. Empirical equations for optical density and viscosity changes were obtained. (author)
