Spacer for nuclear reactor fuel elements
Description
An improved holding device for fuel rods in LWR fuel elements is proposed where the fuel rods are centered by spring elements acting into two neighbouring channels. They are formed by slotting and forming the meshed wall in axial direction. As rigid elements there will be knobs, and it is of advantage to place every spring contact point opposite a rigid knob. Es wird eine Verbesserung der Haltevorrichtung fuer Brennstaebe in BES fuer LWRs vorgeschlagen, bei der die Zentrierung der Brennstaebe durch federnde Anlageelemente erfolgt, die in zwei benachbarte Kanaele hineinwirken. Sie entstehen durch Schlitzung und Auspraegung der Maschenwand in axialer Richtung. Als starre Anlageelemente sind Noppen vorgesehen, wobei vorteilhaft jeweils einer federnden Anlagestelle eine starra Noppe gegenuebersteht. (UWI)Files
