Description
Using the classical trajectory Monte Carlo (CTMC) method, we have calculated the energy spectra of the target electrons ejected in p + HO at an impact energy of 25 keV. We have described a simple way to determine the ECC peak with charged particles. This study has shown that the electronic spectrum is very sensitive to the choice of the energy and solid angle windows for the evaluation of the calculated data. (author)
